To support the Kids for Kids charity this year, Longborough pupils produced fabulous works of art on an African and or goat theme, which were then framed and sold during our charity evening event. Patricia Parker MBE who founded the charity was able to attend and was very impressed with the children's understanding and enthusiasm for helping others.
After raising over £300, the charity has been able to purchase 18 goats which will offer immediate support for 3 families in North Darfur. Thanks to everyone who participated and donated funds to this event, especially Wendy Wilkins and Clare Fisher for organising, arranging and attending the event.
