The North Cotswold Schools Federation is a Christian community in which children, parents, staff and key stakeholders of each school are valued as members of a safe, aspirational, learning environment. Within that framework, we aim to develop the full potential of every member of the schools – socially, mentally, spiritually and physically – so that all are nurtured and cherished to shine and flourish as lights in the world. We treat each other with understanding and respect and seek to apply the Federation’s policies, procedures, and resources consistently across all settings within it to achieve the educational and associated outcomes we desire for all our children. The Federation promotes distinctive Christian values and, by example and direct teaching, encourages and follows the teachings of Jesus while recognising that not all of its members will be practising Christians.
