Our Harvest Festival, Friday 5th October

During our Harvest festival, Key Stage One pupils presented the Gigantic Marrow, and used a marrow grown in our school garden. Reception sang two songs, one of which was One, Two, Three, Four, Five Once I caught a fish alive. Thereafter, Key Stage Two pupils, presented a small play, reflecting how Foodbank works.  James Milton of Foodbank, Naunton (Trussell Trust),  was able to give a presentation about the organisation and reiterated the importance of food donations for those in need.  Traditional harvest hymns were also sang and the Service was closed with words from Mrs Fisher and a prayer.
